Trigon Puzzles

Privacy

The short version: we collect your email address so we can send you what you asked for, we don't sell it, and you can leave whenever you like.

What we collect

If you ask for a free book or subscribe to the blog: your email address, and your name if you give it. We also record which page you asked from, so we know what people find useful.

If you buy something: the payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, who take the card details — we never see them. They pass us your name, email address and what you bought, so we can send the download and help if something goes wrong.

If you play a puzzle online: your progress is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere. Clear your browser data and it's gone.

What we do with it

Send you the book or file you asked for. Tell you when there is a new book, a new blog post, or something else worth knowing. That is all.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else is involved

  • GoHighLevel — stores our contact list and sends the emails.
  • Lemon Squeezy — takes payments and delivers the files.
  • Hostinger — hosts this website.
  • YouTube — only if you choose to watch a video there.

Stopping

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and we stop. You can also email hello@trigonpuzzles.co.uk and ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you play a puzzle, the game keeps your progress in your browser's own storage — that never leaves your device and is not used to track you.

Children

Trigons suit any age, but we don't knowingly collect email addresses from children under 13. If you think we have one, tell us and it will be removed.

Asking us anything

Email hello@trigonpuzzles.co.uk. You have the right to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
